My approach to product design starts with asking the right questions. I rely on research to uncover what users truly need and use that to guide the decisions in every step from first sketch to final prototype balancing usability & business goals.
Here's the process I follow. This is not linear, I treat this as a flexible, iterative loop—often jumping back and forth based on feedback, feasibility, or evolving needs.
I often team up with tools like ChatGPT to speed up writing, structure insights, and make room for deeper design thinking.

I conducted usability testing that uncovered key friction points in the onboarding flow. Insights from the study informed a redesigned navigation and account setup process, resulting in a 43% improvement in ease of account creation

I worked in a cross functional team to design the MVP of thermal efficiency score feature in the ivie app which had a potential for significant business revenue majorly through partnerships. e-commerce redesign | university project
I led an e-commerce website redesign which increased the SUS score by 53% (from 47 to 72). The lostness score dropped by 69%, task completion time decreased by 31%, and user errors were eliminated, significantly enhancing the user experience.
